Homestead Harvest Festival and Concert

Join us Sunday September 2nd, 2018 as we celebrate the fruits of our labour with our 1st Annual Homestead Harvest Festival! Staffed by family, friends and volunteers this is an authentic homesteading experience for the whole family.

Follow our map to participate in a whole range of hands-on activities including axe-throwing and archery, making kites, bee-keeping, cooking in the pizza oven, survival skills, foraging, yoga, making apple cider and fritters plus sampling amazing farm-fresh food all along the route! Collect stamps in your special Festival Passport to collect prizes. As well, meet our friendly goats, chickens and horses and visit our beautiful market gardens. Finally, at the end of the day, settle back and enjoy the sounds of the best in local country/folk/indie music.
