This is your chance to live the true ‘farm to table’ experience. Join us late afternoon as we gather our ingredients from the gardens and pantry and prepare dinner for our fellow farmers, volunteers and travellers. Together we will harvest, clean and prepare ingredients; create a menu and experiment with recipes. Our kitchen was designed from the floor-up to function as a hybrid commercial/farmhouse kitchen that can accommodate our culinary ambitions whether it’s rolling, boiling and baking 500 bagels, crafting dozens of bottles of hot sauce or producing a multi-camera video shoot.
A limited number of guests are invited to join our farm family to celebrate the day with a great meal and vibrant discussion.
Runs most Thursdays starting in mid-June from 5 – 8 PM. Cost is $30/person with a maximum of 4 guests.

Tuesday’s in July and August are when Kids can cook! Each class is an adventure in food. We’ll start in the kitchen to plan our meal and then head to the gardens to gather the ingredients. Children will learn about meal and recipe planning, essential kitchen skills and working as a team. The classes run from 9 – 1 PM and culminate in a sit-down meal. We’ll start accepting bookings in the spring.
